When we first started planning our wedding, both my wife Nicky and I were unsure if we wanted to hire a wedding planner. Needless to say we can't believe we ever thought that and we would've been SO WRONG! Now that our wedding is done, we know that it would not have been anywhere close to the event we had without Meg and the team at Sit Pretty Events! Our wedding went off without any problems whatsoever, it was smooth, easy, and we got to enjoy every second knowing that Meg had everything covered behind the scenes.

Meg was with us every step of the way, and helped guide us in the areas where we felt lost while also supporting us in making the best decisions for our wedding. Meg quickly became one of our most trusted people and friend. The week approaching our wedding had nothing but rain and thunderstorms on the forecast, and Meg went out of her way to do everything she could to make us feel at ease and not stressed. We were able to give her full authority to make whatever decisions she felt was right leading up to the day, and we felt at ease doing so since we trusted her completely. Through some magic (we attribute to Meg) and maybe someone watching over us, our weather was perfect and the wedding ran like a well oiled machine. The only rain (followed by the most vibrant rainbow we've ever seen) we had was during cocktail hour, where we were covered by a tent that Meg had arranged at the last minute "just in case". During dinner, Meg even went and took a blanket and pillow out of her own car for my grandmother to sit on because she was feeling a little cold. Words cannot fully express how thankful we are that we met Meg, without her our wedding wouldn't have come close to the beautiful day we had. The day after our wedding, Nicky and I were sitting in our living room and agreed that we only had one regret about the wedding and one thing we were sad about. Our one regret is that with everything going on, we didn't stop to take a photo with Meg, the person who made our day so special. The one thing we were sad about, is that we will miss our calls with Meg and that now we don't have another wedding that we can plan with her! (Maybe we will have to go for a round two for one of our anniversaries!!) We love you Meg, thank you so much for everything 💛💛
