Let us handle the stress while you soak in every moment.Some items that are included in The 2 Month Takeover Package:Full Handoff & Planning Review: Comprehensive consultation to review all existing plans, vendor contracts, and your wedding vision, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.Vendor Management: 2 month takeover of all communication with vendors - confirming logistics, and finalizing details like arrival times, setup needs, and special requests.Timeline Creation & Distribution: Development of a detailed day-of timeline tailored for vendors, the wedding party, and family members - distributed and confirmed with all key players.Logistics Finalization: Assistance with floor plans, seating charts, transportation, rentals, and overall event flow to ensure every detail is covered.Rehearsal Coordination: On-site management of your rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours), including vendor confirmations, final walkthroughs, and handling of all personal items and décor.Day-Of Management: Lead planner and assistant(s) on-site to oversee setup, cue events, troubleshoot issues, manage vendors, and ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration.
